Vincent supports nonprofits, government agencies, and organizations in aligning stakeholders and engaging funders. With experience in Singapore and New York, he designs and leads workshops, dialogues, and planning sessions that foster collaboration.

Strategic Facilitation

Visioning workshops, change management, resource allocation and multi-sector stakeholder conversations — including 3 retreats across 4 days for Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore), and OKR workshops for Jacob Riis Neighborhood Settlement (New York City) with 14 directors and staff.

Civic Engagement Facilitation

Migrant Workers Listening Living Labs (2021–2023): designed and convened 90+ multi-sector representatives using the Collective Impact approach. Forward Singapore Conversations: 30 changemakers, 40+ ideas; dialogue with Senior Parliamentary Secretary Eric Chua.
